MIA Sports Day is held on October every year, brings students and staff together to complete several sports which includes Futsal, Basketball, Table Tennis, Bowling, and Badminton.

This event is held by Yayasan Jantung Malaysia, they provide free test to students on blood sugar level, blood cholesterol level, blood pressure, BMI and also consultation service on healthy diet.

The blood donation campaign is held on June every year. Staff and students help to save a person’s life by donating blood.
