Lecturer in Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
  • To teach at Degree level.
  • To contribute to the development, planning and implementation of course syllabus.
  • To carry out other duties related to the teaching of courses.
  • Other duties assigned by the Institute from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess a Masters in Architecture / Interior Design with at least two years working experience in Interior & Architecture Design industry.
  • And / or well versed in Interior Architecture design studio and / or strong technical skills such as Architectural Detailing / Interior Construction, 3D Interior Design modelling tools, Digital imaging etc.
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.

Officer, Accounts

Job Responsibilities:
  • Data entries and manage the daily admin and account operation.
  • Document recordkeeping and assist data entries in E- Invoice.
  • Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities.
  • Interact with company banking and financial partners.
  • Responsible for daily cash handling/accounting operations.
  • Follow up and update AR Payment.
  • Other duties assigned by the Institute from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Finance / Accounting / Administration or equivalent with related working experience. However, fresh graduates may also apply.
  • Familiar with a good knowledge of accounting standards and practices.
  • Familiar with UBS/Auto-count accounting system and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Officer, Student Affairs

Job Responsibilities:
  • Daily administration of the Student Affairs Department.
  • Organizing students’ related activities such as induction programme and community projects for the Institute.
  • Supervision and coordination of the students’ clubs and societies / extra-curricular activities.
  • Advising students on matters related to accommodation, scholarship, competition and collecting students’ feedback.
  • To provide main support for Registry related to International student affairs matters and etc.
  • General counselling of students if necessary.
  • Communication with parents related to student affairs matters when the need arises.
  • Provide general information to public (walk-in, call-in, education fair, school visits) when assistance are needed.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Administration / Education / Event Management or any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of related working experiences especially in event management. However, fresh graduates may also apply.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

Assistant Documentation Controller

Job Responsibilities:
  • Daily office general administrative works inclusive of survey forms analysis and compilation documentation.
  • Administrative matters i.e. preparing and processing notices, memos, circulars, mails, general filing of documents and typing.
  • Taking minutes of meeting and discussions as may be assigned by the Institute from time to time.
  • Any other general administrative and secretarial duties as assigned from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer or the Board of Directors of the Institute.
  • Coordinate with Ministry of Education (MOHE-JPT) and Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) in licensing, accreditation matters, MyQuest as well as TVET and ISO.
  • To manage MQA documentations, MyQuest submission and matters relating to TVET.
  • Other duties assigned by the Institute from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Administration or equivalent with at least 2 years related working experience.
