Music students will have the opportunity to express creative skills and talents in voice, composition and various musical instruments.
This course provides students the exposure in both Western classical and Eastern aspects of music as well as an in-depth understanding of theory and principles of music. The curriculum also covers the study of Computer Music and Music Business. The study and appreciation of ethnic music also forms part of the curriculum. The incorporation of local cultural contents in music composition and a higher level of musical craft performances are encouraged.
Our course offerings are tailored to respond to the needs of the changing music industry and greater sophistication of the educational market. This comprehensive programme is aimed at steering and fine-tuning the currency and relevancy of the course curriculum to respond to the demands of connoisseurs, music enthusiasts and budding musicians.
