It brings us immense joy and pride to extend our heartfelt congratulations to two exceptionally talented MIA Graphic Design students, See Mei Jing and Lim Jin Jade, for their outstanding achievements in the esteemed Angpow Design Competition. This highly acclaimed competition, organized by the Malaysia Annual Selection of Chinese Characters and co-sponsored by the prestigious Malaysia Han Culture Centre, U-bix paper coating, and ALL IT HYPERMARKET SDN. BHD., attracted a plethora of talented participants from across the country.
Adding further glory to Mei Jing’s remarkable achievement, she was also bestowed with the highly coveted Best Presentation Award, a testament to her remarkable ability to effectively communicate her design concept and captivate the judges with her eloquence and passion. This additional recognition not only serves as a testament to Mei Jing’s comprehensive skill set but also solidifies her position as a rising star in the field of graphic design.
None of these achievements would have been possible without the invaluable guidance and mentorship provided by Ms. Aini Abu Bakar, a highly experienced lecturer at MIA. Ms. Aini’s expertise, guidance, and unwavering support played a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing the creative talents of Mei Jing and Jin Jade, helping them unleash their full potential and bring their unique visions to life.
