Interior Design student Grace See Shan won the Honorary Mention and Best Colour Choice Award in the AYDA AWARDS 2025. The Award ceremony took place on the 17th Dec 2025 at Hilton Hotel, Petaling Jaya, organized by Nippon Paint.
Grace won the award for her project titled, “Kuala Sepetang Community & Visitor Centre” based on the give theme for this year, CONVERGENCE: Crafting Cultural Legacies. Grace’s project was selected for the award among the top 11 finalists out of 500 over entries submitted under the Interior Design category. It is vital to inform that Grace’s entry for the competition was the only Diploma program final year project among all the other finalists who submitted their Degree program major project. It was a tough fight for MIA.
She was awarded a trophy, certificate, cash prize of RM 500 for being the finalist, RM2500 for Honorary Mention Award plus RM 1000 for Best Colour Choice.
