Art therapy is a unique experience based on using the medium of art as an instrument of change. Through this series of workshop, the instructor will guide participants using charcoal and soft pastels as painting tools to let participants draw portraits using different methods. The methods include blind drawing, paint with sensual touching, seeing and painting in group of 2-3 persons. You will learn and enhance your inner awareness and thereby discover a new presentation of yourself. Explore and evoke your senses and feeling via the various methods of painting.
