Requirements:
Candidates must possess a Masters in Architecture / Interior Design with at least two years working experience in Interior & Architecture Design industry.
And / or well versed in Interior Architecture design studio and / or strong technical skills such as Architectural Detailing / Interior Construction, 3D Interior Design modelling tools, Digital imaging etc.
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.

To answer telephone calls and respond to queries on the phone.
Welcome visitors at the Reception counter.
Assist in course inquiries as and when required.
To assist in events organized by the Institute, especially at MIACC.
To handle general administrative work and clerical duties, especially assisting Deputy CEO.
To write articles or news report as and when required.
Other duties assigned by the Institute from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess a Diploma in Administration or any field. However, fresh graduates may also apply.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in education industry.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software like Word and Excel is essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate comfortably with students and parents in a courteous and professional manner.
Must be courteous with pleasant and good telephone etiquette.
Able to work in a team and requires minimum supervision.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

Ensure the Institute and all academic programmes are duly registered and recognised by the regulatory authorities and/or professional bodies, in compliance with applicable ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and provide support for all activities related to programme approvals and accreditation processes, ensuring alignment with institutional quality frameworks and relevant ISO standards.
Prepare, guide and support academic departments in managing and submitting institutional records and data required for external approvals and accreditation exercises.
Serve as the main point of contact and subject matter resource for academic departments on internal and external academic standards, policies, procedures, guidelines and compliance requirements.
Coordinate and support internal audits and quality assurance activities to monitor compliance with established standards and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Provide secretariat support for accreditation audits and monitoring visits by external regulatory agencies, as well as ISO-related audits, ensuring all documentations meet required standards and are submitted within stipulated timelines.
Manage and maintain information systems provided by the Malaysian MOHE and MQA, ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory and ISO standards.
Maintain effective document and records management practices for active records and archives, in compliance with data protection legislation and requirements for security and confidentiality.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager in Quality Assurance.
Requirements:
At least a Diploma in related field.
Have minimum one year working experience.
Excellent organisational, communication and networking skills.
Good verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia languages skills.
Ability to work under pressure and with attention to detail whilst maintaining quality.
Ability to work flexibly, to plan and prioritise workload and to meet deadlines.
Good IT skills.
